In 2017, the company was rebranded under the name of Saunders Heath \u2013 formally a subsidiary of Saunders. Now going by Saunders, the latest name transition allows for a more consistent Saunders brand, while maintaining its roots as a local business. Saunders\u2019 Fort Collins office will continue to be led by Dave Sandlin, president, and all employees will be retained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cOur commitment to our clients, trade partners and communities throughout Northern Colorado will remain the same as we embrace this next evolution and continued growth,\u201d said Dave Sandlin, president of Saunders\u2019 Fort Collins office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Saunders Fort Collins office had a 2022 revenue of $76 million, and is currently working on several notable projects in Northern Colorado, including:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rendezvous Trial Apartments:<\/strong> In September 2022, Saunders broke ground on a new workforce housing project, The Rendezvous Trails Apartments, in Fort Collins, Colo.
