Saunders is completing the tenant improvement project for a national media entertainment company's new office space.
Saunders is currently working on the three-level tenant improvement project of the 53,000-square-foot office space after finishing complex demolition of the existing space, which included demolition of a structural double-T system. New features include the installation of a convenience staircase, high-end lighting fixtures and finish features, as well as construction of 10bet online sports bettingnew data and power distribution and acoustical elements and sound insulation.
