Saunders was selected as construction manager/general contractor to build the new student residence hall. This project is located on a constrained site in the heart of the campus. In order to accommodate the incoming freshman class, the project was constructed with a fast-track schedule in order to open in the fall of 2011.
The features of this residence hall include:

- Two courtyard areas
- Five social lounges
- Nine study rooms
- Bike and ski storage/work room

- Large community kitchen/program center

This included conducting several design analysis workshops, developing multiple estimates hand-in-hand during the completion of design and providing a myriad of options for value analysis.
